Sarah J. Steinhardt
Dr. Steinhardt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapeutics and Clinical Research at the University of South Florida. She teaches Jurisprudence and Drugs of Abuse and was voted P3 Teacher of the Year for 2014-2015.
Sarah earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree With Distinction from Purdue University College of Pharmacy and completed her PharmD project on compounding in simulated microgravity at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. She obtained her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and completed a PGY2 pharmacy administration residency with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a Masters of Pharmacy Administration from The University of Pittsburgh.
She was selected as the 2011 ACCP/ASHP/VCU Congressional Health Care Policy Fellow and worked on judiciary, drug abuse, and health care issues in the United States Senate
